She has more than 20 years of experience in learning and development, performance improvement, training operations management, and instructional design. Prior to starting her career with Health Care Services Corporation in 2012, Canakkale worked in the transportation, hospitality, and telecommunications industries focusing on employee development. In her spare time she enjoys traveling with her three boys, visiting new restaurants, and a good bowling match!
Tara Sedlacek is the lead learning and talent consultant for Health Care Service Corporation in Chicago, Illinois. She has been in the learning and development field for 20 years and received an MS in human resources and leadership development from Louisiana State University. Her main focus is executive leadership development. When she is not developing leaders, Tara enjoys salsa dancing, snowboarding, and is learning to play the drums!
