The ability to change is your only real competitive advantage and the single most important critical success factor today. The stronger your change intelligence factor becomes, the easier it is for you to successfully navigate the challenges of a dynamic and complex environment. If your change intelligence factor is weak, you struggle to cope with seemingly insurmountable obstacles.

Yet, change is the shoe that pinches! Rooted in the emotional domain, change can be frightening, confusing, and downright scary. This webcast will introduce three change intelligence practices designed to help you embrace change cognitively, emotionally, and physically. Learn how to leverage your budding change intelligence in key areas of workplace life: engaging employees, holding powerful conversations, resolving conflicts, and leading effectively.

Organizations benefit when the energy that change generates is focused like a laser on solving problems. Individuals benefit when the emotional energy triggered by change events is harnessed in positive ways to produce outstanding personal and professional performance results.
