John Peichel is a Global Market Developer at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions located in Minnetonka, MN. He has over 31 years of experience in industrial water treatment using membranes. During his career, he has worked in Engineering, Sales, and Product Management.  Currently, Mr. Peichel is responsible for research and development of new markets involving advanced filtration and separation technologies and related products including reverse osmosis, nano-filtration, ultrafiltration, microfiltration, and electro-separations with an emphasis on valuable selectivity, lower energy, higher water recovery and robust process applications. He has been focused on PFAS market for over nearly four (4) years.

Mr. Peichel’s experience includes all aspects of new product innovation, development and commercialization. His expertise also covers system design and operation as they relate to the needs of industrial customers in power, beverage, pharmaceutical, municipal and chemical processing. He has performed numerous technical training seminars throughout the world focused on membrane systems. He has a passion for technology and science and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt in both DMAIC and DFSS processes. A graduate in Physics from St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN, Mr. Peichel lives with his wife and two daughters in Chaska, Minnesota.

Marty is an experienced engineer from the municipal water industry with a strong sales and applications engineering background. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of California. He has over 25 years of experience in the municipal industry on the design, marketing and technical sales of process equipment and pipe systems.
