As the COVID-19 situation continues to escalate, businesses all over the world are making rapid decisions about how to keep employees and customers safe while maintaining business continuity. One of the recommended approaches is allowing or mandating remote work for employees. However, when employees are unprepared for this sudden shift to remote work, employers risk losses in productivity and major disruptions to business operations. This webcast will explain the fundamental differences between sudden and sustainable remote work and the essential skills and practices needed to succeed in both situations.
