C Space is a leading customer collaboration agency that connects the world's best-known brands with the people they serve to create customer-inspired growth. But what about our own employees? At C Space, our L&D team took a hard look at what we could do better to help our people grow and develop with the same passion and focus they give to our customers. We revamped our people programs and have started to implement new learning and development strategies. We want to share what we have learned so far.

In this webcast you will learn:

  • best practices when revamping your people development programs
  • how to balance technology with human connections for impact
  • why going beyond learning was essential to our people strategy.
