Not only has he been recognized through industry awards, his articles are regularly published and presented at various national and international conferences. He holds a master of science degree in instructional systems technology from Indiana University.

Cara Halter is an instructional designer at GP Strategies with 20 years of experience creating innovative learning solutions as a design and development leader, business analyst, and project manager. She has split her professional experience among an internal L&D team at a financial services company and with top learning consulting companies. Her current passion is finding creative ways to address the needs of the modern leaner. She has a master’s degree in instructional technology from the University of Georgia.
