Your ATD membership is a powerful tool when it comes to your professional development, but do you know how to leverage an ATD chapter membership? Chris Coladonato
Chris Coladonato

Learning Consultant, Farmers Insurance

Chris Coladonato is the Employee Development Center of Excellence leader at Farmers Insurance. In her role, she is responsible for driving strategic enterprise-wide initiatives that advance professional and culture development efforts. With 20 years' experience as a talent development professional, she specializes in virtual facilitation, developing employees through social and collaborative learning methods and helping distributed teams connect and stay connected .

Chris is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP). She is a previous ATD Maryland Chapter president, currently serves as the chair of the National Advisors for Chapters and as a member of the ATD Board of Directors.


Stephanie Hubka
Stephanie Hubka

Managing Partner, Protos Learning

Stephanie Hubka, CPLP wants to live in a world where learning is exciting and inspiring and training is recognized as a natural driver of an organization’s strategy. Responsible for the deployment of more than 100 eLearning courses and numerous live and enduring programs for international audiences, Stephanie's expertise is in developing training opportunities that both expand learner knowledge and advance an organization's overall business strategy. As the managing partner at Protos Learning, her work focuses on learning technology; social learning; training design and delivery; needs assessment; evaluation; training standards and CEUs; and LMS selection, deployment, and management.

A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, Stephanie is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP). She is a past president of the Metro DC Chapter of ATD and serves as a National Advisor for Chapters for ATD. She also volunteers for ATD's Certification Institute and the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). Her passion for training is equaled only by her love of exploring the globe; an avid traveler, she has visited 7 continents, 60 countries, and all 50 US states.


Jennifer Rogers
Jennifer Rogers

Chief Discovery Advocate, Development Ocean

Jennifer is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) with more than 15 years of experience spanning higher education, IT, healthcare, supply chain, promotion and distribution industries. She has been a joint ATD/chapter member (Power Member) of ATD since 2010, and currently serves as a National Advisor for Chapters (NAC) - a coach for ATD chapter leaders. Her company, Development Ocean, focuses on Executive & Professional Coaching, Instructional Design, and Leadership Development, partnering with clients to design and deliver custom solutions that help individuals and organizations achieve desired successes for purposeful living. Jennifer is also an active member of the International Coach Federation and recently achieved her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.


Erin Murphy
Erin Murphy

Senior Manager, Chapter Services, ATD

Erin Murphy is the Senior Manager of Chapter Services for the Association of Talent Development (ATD) in Alexandria, VA, where she provides support and resources to 100 ATD chapters across the United States. Prior to joining ATD almost seven years ago, Erin served as the Manager, Chapter Relations, for the Licensing Executives Society (USA & Canada), and led a pilot program for the DC Metro Chapter at the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Erin has worked in the non-profit sector for more than ten years with previous experience in the political realm serving as an intern in the Office of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and the Office of Bridget Prentice, a member of the House of Commons in London. Erin received her Master of Business Administration from American University in 2015. She graduated from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and a minor in Media Studies.
