David Forman's career spans four decades, during which he has authored multiple books and articles, including the most recent best-seller Fearless HR. As President of Spectrum Interactive in Boston, he directed this $40 million learning systems integrator, working with such clients as IBM, FedEx, Apple, Target, DuPont, Ford, Microsoft, American Express, and Deloitte. As Executive Vice President of Wave Technologies, David led a creative team that revamped traditional training offerings to include interactive e-learning platforms, collaborative assignments, and multi-level, advanced simulations---all leading to record sales for five straight years. As Chief Learning Officer for The Human Capital Institute for more than a decade, he designed and developed courses on world-class talent practices that have been taken by more than 20,000 business leaders on five continents. And as an adjunct professor at the Graziadio School of Business, David has the opportunity to work with some of the most distinguished thought leaders in academia. Morgean Hirt
Morgean Hirt

Director of Credentialing, Association for Talent Development

As director of credentialing for the Association of Talent Development (ATD), Morgean Hirt has more than 25 years of experience in personnel certification and accreditation across a variety of professions. She provides strategic leadership and technical expertise in developing and implementing credentialing programs, focusing on test development, policy and standards development, program audits, strategic planning, and ANSI/ISO 17024 and NCCA accreditation. Believing that standards and certification enhance professionalism and credibility, Hirt has led a number of organizations through establishing industry standards for emerging professions, including clinical research, massage therapy, and mortgage brokering.

Prior to joining ATD, she served as an account executive at MetaCred, a boutique association management firm specializing in managing credentialing programs, and spent 12 years as president and CEO of Certified Fund Raising Executives International Credentialing Board, where she was responsible for establishing international support across six continents for a unified standard of fundraising practice. Hirt is also active with the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE), having served as a member of the research fundraising committee, education committee, and annual conference program committee as well as a presenter at the ICE Exchange.

Jennifer is the VP, Community & Branding for ATD. She joined ATD (then ASTD) in 1999 to lead the Public Relations function. She continues to lead communication efforts to members and customers, the media, and public policy makers. She also leads ATD's awards programs and governance functions.

In her volunteer work, Jennifer served a two-year term on the executive board of directors for the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and was president of the IABC Washington, D.C. chapter. She holds IABC's Accredited Business Communicator credential.
