Owner, Shawna Corden Coaching and Webinars

Shawna Corden is an executive coach and owner of Shawna Corden Coaching and Webinars as well as a faculty member with Coach U. She is an alumna of Oregon State University and holds the Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation and the Project Management Professional certification from Project Management Institute.

Corden's practice is focused on helping companies build a coaching culture. In addition to leading team workshops and retreats, she coaches executives, trains leaders on coaching skills, consults on coaching implementation, and mentors internal coach practitioners. She regularly speaks globally to groups on these and other performance-enhancing topics.

She is a former co-leader of ICF’s Internal Coaching Community of Practice and has volunteered as a judge for ICF’s Prism Award program, which celebrates outstanding coaching cultures, at the local and international levels. She is also active on ICF’s Code of Ethics Committee.

Corden is the author of Coach Culture: A Playbook for Winning in Business. She resides in Corvallis, OR, with her husband and has two college-aged girls. Her “why she does what she does” is rooted in having every employee be an all-star developing and exercising their gifts. An avid sports fan, she enjoys travel, running races, reading, and rooting on the Beavers.
