The talent development function has always been concerned with demonstrating its contribution. New technology and analytics have made it possible for us to use new and more actionable measures of how well we do our work and its impact.

Join us for an exclusive ATD member-only webcast and learn from three experienced TD executives about measuring the impact of TD on your organization and employees. Panelists will share how they are measuring the function and how measurement works in a world of seemingly unlimited development resources. Participants will discuss the following:

  • What is the state of measurement in talent development today, and where do we need it to be?
  • What, if anything, is keeping us as TD professionals from doing what we need to regarding metrics?
  • What are you doing in your organization that is working, and what are you planning to do that you expect will deliver great results?
