With more than 20 years of experience in the learning and talent fields, Brent Colescott has successfully initiated and optimized online learning platforms and programs during his career in the HR, utilities, and energy industries. Notable accomplishments include being recognized by WebEx as their innovator of the year in 2005 and by Skillsoft as the “2007 Learning Leader of the Year.” Colescott holds a master of education in administration and technology and is a former chairman and executive board member of the Humble Education Foundation.
Laura Rexford has built a career helping organizations address critical business issues like skills shortages, productivity, and cost reduction through digital talent solutions. Her range of experience as a business leader, consultant, and certified ROI professional and certified strategic workforce planning professional provides a strong backdrop for her role as senior director, value engineering at Skillsoft Corporation. Rexford has remained current by completing significant study in data analytics and enjoys the challenge of finding ways to incorporate her new knowledge as a business leader and customer advocate. To refresh and recharge, Rexford enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and in and around their home in metro Atlanta.
