Have you ever wondered what employers think about professional certifications? This panel of employers will discuss how they view certifications during the hiring process as well as ways to help employees develop their skills and knowledge.

During the webcast, the panel will talk about:

  • the skills, knowledge and qualifications they value most in talent development professionals
  • why they prefer applicants with certifications
  • why championing certification has helped them to develop their TD teams
  • how they support their employees' certification journeys
  • how to make a business case to your employer to pursue certification.

Join panelists Richard Cordrey from AutoNation, Joe Dusing from Paylocity, and Cathy Schaefer from MD Anderson Cancer Center to learn about how they have leveraged certification in their organizations.
