Sue Kaiden is the Project Manager, Credentialing for the Association for Talent Development. In this role, Sue manages the preparation products used by candidates for the CPLP and APTD credentials. Prior to joining the CI team, Sue was the Manager of the Career Development community at ATD where she managed content and services related to career development, including ATD's job bank.
Before coming to ATD, Sue held executive and consulting roles in the healthcare, IT, and nonprofit sectors and founded a career coaching firm, CareerEdge. In addition, she started a job search support program for unemployed and underemployed people in the Philadelphia area which she ran for 11 years. Through this program and her coaching practice, Sue helped hundreds of people find meaningful work. Sue is the author of Keeping Your Career on Track (TD at Work) and the editor of Find Your Fit: A Practical Guide to Landing a Job You'll Love, a book written with 16 top-notch career coaches, published in October 2016. Sue holds an MBA from Cornell University, a BS from Miami University (Ohio), and is a certified Myers Briggs (MBTI) and Strong Interest Inventory practitioner.
Denée D'Andrea, CPLP, is the senior learning manager for the Americas region with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. She joined the company in 2001, and worked her way up through various positions in operations and, later, human resources. She is an accomplished strategist with more than 15 years of experience in training, service excellence, and leadership development.
As senior learning manager, she is based out of the Four Seasons Hotel Boston, where she drives the service quality assurance program, along with determining the performance management and learning needs for the property. She is responsible for onboarding and mentorship of new learning managers in the Americas. Current projects range from creating and rolling out corporate global initiatives, developing the L&D function for openings and acquisitions, and assisting in updating the Core and Leadership programs. She recently earned the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance credential from the Association for Talent Development Certification Institute. Earning the CPLP certification means Denée possesses the knowledge and skills to be a top performer in the talent development field.
Victoria Nelson, APTD, joined Slalom Consulting in September 2018 in the brand-new role of Technology Learning Specialist. She designs and develops learning and practicing experiences for Slalom’s systems and technologies.
Prior to Slalom, Victoria worked at Quorum Review IRB for nine years as a learning solutions specialist on the corporate training team, developing her craft as an instructional designer and trainer. In this role, she was responsible for both creating and sourcing a variety of training and development opportunities for the organization, facilitating new employee orientation and other classroom and lab sessions, managing the IRB industry’s professional certification program for Quorum, and serving as LMS administrator.
Victoria recently earned the Associate Professional in Talent Development credential from the Association for Talent Development Certification Institute. Receiving the APTD certification validates Victoria’s commitment and investment to the talent development profession, and demonstrates her expertise in instructional design, training delivery, and learning technologies.
