From the nursing shortage to the switch to value-based care, the healthcare industry is facing many unique challenges. In this webcast, we will share findings from ATD’s new research report, the 2019 State of Healthcare Training, to help talent development professionals better meet the needs of their learners amid these challenges.

Drawing on findings from a variety of healthcare organizations, this webcast provides valuable benchmarking data on learning expenditures and training delivery methods. It explores topics that healthcare organizations are currently navigating, such as using talent strategies to retain nurses and providing training to prepare for the switch to value-based care. Lastly, the webcast presents recommendations for creating more effective learning programs.
