Employees want to learn, and they want to learn on the job. But, the biggest challenge that talent development faces is getting employees to make time for learning. This webcast will explain how to leverage learning theories to maximize workplace engagement. You’ll explore how traditional learning theories can be employed in creating engagement, learn how modern adult learning theory creates new rules for workplace learning, and see three examples of these techniques in action.

In this webcast, you will:

  • Understand the challenges that have arisen from lack of workplace engagement.
  • Learn how Traditional and Modern Adult Learning (Androgogy) Theories should influence your training methods.
  • Learn three engagement strategies to integrate into your workplace.
