Attendees of this webcast will learn the definition and structure of organizational commitment, the organizational actions that increase commitment, and what the pre-attendance survey showed for how organizations help employees achieve their personal and professional goals through continuous learning.

Rhonda Capron is an accomplished leader with extensive academic experience and professional relevance within today’s transformative marketplace. She serves as the dean of the School of Business and Technology at Capella University. Rhonda brings a unique blend of background and experience to Capella as a seasoned executive and higher education leader. She has more than 15 years of experience successfully leading strategic initiatives and operations within high-tech businesses and 10 years in higher education, where she taught, oversaw faculty and staff, and led academic programming, curriculum development, and strategic planning.
