Resistance to change is part of human nature; it’s the easier path. But when an organization must change or die, how can leaders inspire employees to not only stop resisting, but also start embracing change? One of the most powerful incentives is also one of the least expensive: Expressing authentic appreciation builds employee trust and breaks down resistance to change. In this webcast, you’ll learn how to harness appreciation to leverage change:

  • Understand why resistance to change occurs.
  • Learn why appreciation works to lead change.
  • Identify three benefits of appreciation in change management.
