Sr. Director, ATD

Wei Wang is the Director of International Relations for the Association for Talent Development (ATD, formerly ASTD), the world’s largest association dedicated to those who develop talent in organizations. In this capacity, she manages ATD International Partners from more than 20 countries and supports ATD members from more than 100 countries.

Utilizing her knowledge and extensive international experience, she has been a passionate speaker at international conferences in China, Korea, Kuwait, Japan, Singapore, Mexico, and the U.S.; and she published articles in numerous industry journals and magazines.

Wei holds a PhD in human resource development from The Pennsylvania State University and a master’s in management from Nankai University in China. She is also a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP).
