Global Program Owner - Financial Selling, IBM

Dave is an experienced leader of learning who is a critical thinker with strong analytical skills and a methodical & rigorous approach to achieving tasks and objectives. He has 30 years experience as a manager & leader of national and global teams, working with IBM Sales/Sales Management along with technical professionals.

He has a successful history of collaboration in designing and delivering innovative programs which exceed client expectations and deliver improved business results, driven by a passion for motivating others to optimise their performance. Dave manages the Financial Selling Portfolio within IBM Sales Learning.

He is responsible for design, development and deployment of blended learning programs & tools to enable sellers and sales managers to more effectively engage with clients in delivering business value. Dave plays 6-a-side soccer in an indoor league. He enjoys listening to music, good food, wine & walking his two black Labradors in the countryside.


Charles Jennings
Charles Jennings

Co-founder, Duntroon Consultants Ltd.

Charles is one of the world’s leading thinkers and practitioners in innovative learning and capability development. He has more than 35 years’ experience in strategic learning, capability building, and performance improvement.

His is acknowledged as a leading exponent on the 70:20:10 model. His career includes roles as chief learning officer for Reuters and Thomson Reuters, where he had responsibility for developing strategy and leading a 350-strong team of learning professionals for the firm’s 55,000 workforce.

Previously, Charles was head of the UK National Centre for Networked Learning and a professor at Southampton Business School. He has held senior business roles for global companies, including as a strategic technology director for Dow Jones and an evaluator for the European Commission’s learning, performance, and e-commerce research initiatives.

He has worked with more than 200 organizations across the world to help them develop their strategy and implement the 70:20:10 framework. In 2015 he co-authored the book '70:20:10 towards 100% performance' with Jos Arets and Vivian Heijnen.


Peter Casebow
Peter Casebow

CEO, Good Practice

Peter Casebow is CEO and co-founder of GoodPractice, which provides innovative online leadership and management performance solutions. The company currently provides performance support and e-learning to around 2 million leaders and managers globally, including 250 of the United Kingdom’s leading organizations.

Formerly head of strategic communication at the Royal Bank of Scotland, his successful track record includes 20 years in banking, training, HR, and communication. Peter is a Chartered Banker and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland, a member of the Institute of Directors, and holds an MBA from Heriot Watt University. He’s also a qualified mountain leader and volunteers as an outdoor instructor with young people.

David Smith is a fanatical digital worker, thought leader, and recognized international speaker. He is practice lead for Digital Fluency with TMA World and co-founder of Virtual Gurus, a company dedicated to helping individuals and organizations leverage the potential of live online learning using technologies such as Adobe Connect and WebEx Training Center.

David is a regular speaker at international training conferences and webinars on how organizations can truly leverage learning technologies such as the virtual classroom to deliver learning to dispersed audiences.


Inigo Sanchez-Cabezudo
Inigo Sanchez-Cabezudo

Senior Regional Manager, International

Íñigo manages ATD relations with Europe and Latin America. He joined ATD five years ago as part of the International team. Before joining ATD, Íñigo worked as director of sales and marketing at Fonexion USA, a European Bluetooth and wireless accessories distributor, managing U.S. and Latin American operations. Prior to that he was deputy director of AGRAGEX (Spanish Farm Equipment and Irrigation Exporters Association) for nine years in Bilbao, Spain. In that role he promoted farm equipment products, organizing trade shows and trade missions and bringing entrepreneurs to more than 85 countries.

Íñigo holds a BA in economics from the Complutense University of Madrid and a diploma in economics from the University of Wolverhampton; he’s also taken several doctorate courses in development economics at the University of the Basque Country in Bilbao. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and French and is currently learning Portuguese. Íñigo has presented at various conferences and workshops in Latin America and Europe.
