Mentoring has long been known for its ability to engage and develop employees. Modern mentoring however, pushes into innovative uses and formats to drive onboarding, diversity, leadership development, and knowledge transfer. But how can learning and development (L&D) teams approach these initiatives with a strategy that truly enables organizational improvement?

This webcast will show you the innovative ways organizations use mentoring and the three essential strategies to achieve success with mentoring initiatives. You’ll also gain a real-life perspective of a modern mentoring program, including the challenges and results these strategies bring.

You will learn about modern mentoring and how to:

  • Strategically design a mentoring program that contributes to organizational objectives.
  • Establish mentoring program objectives mapped to measurable key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Effectively gain executive sponsorship across the organization.
