Traditional personality-type training focuses on enhancing self-awareness. In this webcast, we will delve deeper into the ways in which individuals and teams can leverage other skills related to personality type. Combining such skills as flexibility and resilience with an awareness of natural strengths allows individuals to function more effectively within a team environment.

Using assessment results as the basis for team awareness, learn how to take teams from understanding one another’s strengths and differences to further developing their ability to adapt to their own and their team members’ styles.
