How would work improve if you knew one manager wants details and another wants the bottom line? That your teammate wants public acknowledgement for a job well done, rather than a simple note? That one co-worker prefers to work alone while another craves collaboration?

What if people had their needs written all over them?

Learn to use Everything DiSC as a decoder to identify your own style and the styles of others. Everything DiSC provides a common language for connecting with others.

In this webcast, attendees will:

  • Determine their own priorities based on their DiSC style.
  • Learn a simple method to determine the DiSC styles and priorities of others.
  • Discover the most effective communication methods for working with others.
