This webinar presents simple, highly effective techniques, based on research on star performers and the newest neuroscience of learning, that enable managers to quickly guide high potentials to realize their talent and become true stars. It also provides useful tips on how to expand the number of high potentials building organizational bench strength.

Dr. William Seidman is the CEO of Cerebyte, Inc., a company focusing on creating high performing organizational cultures. He has worked as a manager or consultant with many large and small organizations including Hewlett-Packard, Jack in the Box, Intel, Tektronix, CVS Pharmacies, and Sears. As a recognized thought leader and expert on leadership in high-performing organizations, he contributes an in-depth understanding of the processes required to discover and use expert wisdom to create extraordinary organizational performance.

Dr. Seidman earned his doctorate at Stanford University. He is co-founder and chief executive officer of Cerebyte, Inc., co-author (with Rick Grbavac) of award winning, The Star Factor, published by AMACOM books. The Star Factor presents Affirmative Leadership, a methodology for discovering what your top performers do differently - and inspiring a new level of greatness in all.

Since joining Cerebyte in 2002, Rick Grbavac has worked with a wide variety of clients, including Sears, Advance Auto Parts, and Maurice’s in the retailing sector, and Strategic Financial and QLKey in the financial sector. He's experienced in other best practice implementations, including product development, IT project management, construction, manufacturing, and medical. He comes from a background in sales, marketing, and organizational development, where he was involved in managing sales groups, and re-engineering corporate structure and culture at industry-leading organizations such as Jantzen and VF Corporation. He was also a senior partner in the business development firm of Cason, Grbavac & Murphy.

Rick’s background in developing marketing planning systems prepared him to understand quickly the power of Cerebyte’s technology. Dedicated to helping clients dramatically improve their operations, Rick has become a trusted advisor and partner in spreading best practices and positive wisdom to his client base. Rick holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
