You’re serious about attaining the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certification. What is the best way to prepare? Attend this webcast and learn about the various ATD options to prepare effectively for the multiple choice exam and work product. The speaker will cover ATD's Preparing for the CPLP program, including the free interactive guide, as well as the ATD Learning System and study group options. Priyanka Chaturvedi Coats, CPLP, will also join in to share her personal experience. There will be time for questions from participants, and a job aid of study tips and timing strategies will be provided.

Senior Project Manager for CPLP Preparation, ATD

Linda David, CPLP, is the senior project manager for CPLP preparation at ATD. She attained the CPLP credential in 2007 and has been responsible for CPLP preparation programming since November 2012. She has more than 18 years of experience in training design, delivery, management, and coaching. Linda has been with ATD for 11 years, formerly as the manager of conference programming, in which she developed the education programs for the ATD International and TechKnowledge conferences.

Training and Development Specialist, Shelter Insurance

Priyanka Coats is a Training and Development Specialist with Shelter Insurance.  She facilitates and develops management training, employee training, and claims training.  She has been with Shelter for over 12 years.  Over three of those years were spent as a casualty claims adjuster.  Priyanka earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology and her Master’s degree in counseling psychology.  She recently earned her (CPLP) Certified Professional in Learning and Performance sponsored by Association for Talent Development.
