Principal, Hickey and Associates

Terry Hansen joined Hickey & Associates in 2013. Prior to that, he enjoyed a long and distinguished career at the IBM Corporation most recently as manager of IBM’s worldwide relationships with public agencies. In this capacity he led a team responsible for obtaining government funding assistance for human resource projects, for both IBM and external clients, in areas such as training, employment expansion, special initiatives, and other workforce development activities. Terry also recently served on ASTD’s volunteer Public Policy Council.
